These terms cover your use of Mica, a texting assistant for TikTok Shop creators. By texting Mica, you agree to them. Questions? Email mica-ai@inkboxmail.com.

What Mica does

Over iMessage, Mica suggests TikTok Shop products that fit your niche, gives you video hooks and formats, checks drafts you send against TikTok Shop's content policies, drafts brand pitches and DM replies for you to approve, and builds a pitch deck from your public stats. Mica is iMessage only.

Free to try

Mica is currently free to try. If that changes, this page will be updated.

Guidance, not guarantees

• The policy check is guidance, not a guarantee of approval. TikTok Shop makes the final decision on your content.
• Product picks and hooks are suggestions. They don't promise sales, views or earnings.
• Sales figures and commission rates come from third-party sources and change often. Check the live rate in your TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.

Your part

• You decide what to post, and you're responsible for your content and for following TikTok Shop's rules.
• You approve every brand pitch before it goes anywhere. Mica never contacts brands herself.
• Only share profiles and content that you have the right to share.

Not affiliated

Mica is an independent service. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or Apple.

Stopping

You can stop using Mica at any time by no longer texting her. To ask for your information to be removed, email mica-ai@inkboxmail.com.

As is

Mica is provided as is. We work to make it useful and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above will change too.
